AIKCU’s annual Spotlight Job & Internship Fair is a collaborative career and internship fair for students from Kentucky’s twenty independent colleges and universities and Hanover College (Indiana). Spotlight is an opportunity for students to meet prospective employers, practice networking skills, and learn about the job and internship market. More than 200 students participate annually, representing a wide variety of majors.
