In fact, Alice Lloyd College was ranked by US News & World Report as the top private college in America where students graduate with the least amount of debt, over the last three years.
Alice Lloyd is a private, four-year, liberal arts institution based on Christian principles and dedicated to providing service and leadership training to students in the Appalachian region. The College offers the Appalachian Leaders College scholarship to qualifying students in a 108 county service area. The scholarship is valued at $6,380 per year and is awarded to students for a total of 10 semesters, provided that reasonable progress is made toward the completion of a degree. Over half of the students last year paid less than $500 per semester to attend ALC.
