Mid-Continent University is a Great Commission, Baptist, four-year, teaching institution whose primary purpose is to provide Christ-centered quality higher education. Instruction in the Bible and liberal arts is provided to traditional and non-traditional students through on-campus and off-campus programs that equip them for Christian leadership and service in a diverse society.
In addition to MCU’s traditional offerings at its Mayfield campus, Mid-Continent’s Advantage Adult Program provides access to postsecondary education for working adults by offering both baccalaureate and associate degrees at more than 40 locations in Kentucky and neighboring states. Mid-Continent is Kentucky’s fastest growing nonprofit college or university, more than quadrupling in size over the last decade.
