Marsha joined AIKCU in October, 2005, after retiring from more than thirty years of service in state government. Marsha coordinates routine office functions and assists AIKCU staff members in all aspects of operations.Outside of office hours Marsha and her husband Ralph can generally be found at Franklin County High School sporting events, where she has a daughter on the basketball team. She has two other daughters who attend Kentucky State University and the University of Kentucky, respectively.
